High School Itinerary
9:30a- get instruments at high school and load trailer 9:45a- step off for line-up 10a- start of parade (cemetery service following the parade on W Ave) walk back to high school after cemetery service load buses for Fulton rehearse with 8th grade 12:15- start of Fulton parade load buses 1:30- back to VHS
7:00p Performance starts @Vicksburg High School Performing Arts Center
6:30p- All students should be ready to warm-up/tune This concert should last approx. 1 hour, 20 minutes. Concert Order HS Concert 7th Grade 8th Grade Symphonic
If you are unable to attend your scheduled sectional or choose not to go, you will need to provide a video recording of you covering the material that will be discussed in sectional times.

6:00- Dinner on your own 6:45- Be ready to play in gymnasium 9:00- Approximate completion time REMEMBER black Vicksburg Bands shirt (NINE show shirts also work). Black/Red/White!! Please no other colors! Concert will start at 7p in the High School Performing Arts Center.
Students need to be ready to warm-up in uniform at 6:00. The concert will be approximately 1.5 hours. Rehearsals for anyone interested in pep band are 12/8 & 12/10, 3-4:30p. 6:20- Quick warm-up 6:40- step-off for Pregame 7:00- Kickoff 9:15- Postgame arcs Load trailers with instruments for performance at glow run All-State audition is taking place at Portage West Middle School on November 1. The fee for auditions this year is $10 per event you are auditioning for. If you are auditioning for Jazz and Band the fee is $20. If you have not paid yet, Mrs. Kahler needs the money by Wednesday September 30th, so she can make sure you have an audition time. Thanks!
